Lo: The surgeon's office STILL hasn't called me to set up a surgery date. WLS was approved January 23rd. I called the surgeon's office on the following Monday to see about scheduling a surgery date. They can not schedule surgery until they have the approval paperwork in hand from the insurance company is what I was told. Last Friday, the 30th I received in the mail my approval letter from the insurance company. Surely the surgeon's office would have received it around the same time. Why haven't they called? Yes I understand that I am NOT the only one waiting for a surgery date. Am I being punished for being the squeaky wheel about them taking so long ot submit my paperwork? Argh......ring phone, ring.......
