Low: I am feeling BLAH...allergies are kicking my heiny, think it is time to call the clinic and see about getting an inhaler so I can breathe to continue my workouts. It is sad when you get winded talking on the phone.
High: I am super excited about a visit from my dear friend from Alaska...she is taking her son to the MTC (Missionary Training Center) in Provo and asked if they could stay with us...well, DUH! As if....they don't get here until the 13th, but I am super excited.
